There are recommended colours for AC clips given in croquet.org.uk under Tournament Equipment. Why, then, are these clips so different from the recommendations?
In particular, blue is too near black to be read in poor light, brown and green are both too dark, and pink is too similar to red. We have ended up repainting many of the clips before using them!
