Description

The Croquet England blue mallet covers are designed to hold your mallet securely. Made from polyester fabric with nylon lining , with additional foam pad for extra protection. They have a handy adjustable shoulder strap, zip fastening and a clear address label pocket on both the back and inside the cover and feature the Croquet England logo on  the front.

Small – fits mallets with a 9 1/4”  head and an overall mallet length of up to 36”

Large – fits mallets with  a 10″ – 11”  head and an overall mallet length of 37”-40”

The only think I am finding a little hard is that the shoulder strap does not stay on my shoulder I could have done with it being wider ?? but sure I will work it out after I have used it more.     Invaluable for carrying the mallet particularly when the only alternative would seem to be a large sports bag which would have lots of unused capacity. Whilst walking back from the shop to my hotel carrying the mallet in the bag the incident that happened a few years ago when armed police shot dead a man who was carrying a chair leg which had been mistaken for a firearm crossed my mind.

    Product appears sound but it hasn’t been abused yet. The payment process is painful. It took three attempts to pay for the item and the Apple Pay link doesn’t work so that needs attention.

    Quick receipt and well made bag which is, thankfully, a little bigger than described so is fine for a 10″ mallet (length 34″). The only thing you could have done better was to have a choice of colours!

    To start with you have the price wrong here. I bought a mallet bag for my new 11” mallet. The bag stated 10 to 11” size but it is very tight. I don’t know how long the zip is going to last as it is forced to close. You need to make sure your sizes are correct to the mallet sizes. We have no choice to buy from you as no one else sells them. If there was a choice I would have returned it. I do not recommend your sizing.

    Makes carrying my mallet easier. I bought one slightly larger than needed so I can take extra bits of kit.
    Would have been even better if it had a couple of internal pockets for things like hat, suntan cream, spare change etc
