Website Policies

Croquet England will not share your personal details with any other organisation and undertakes to keep them confidential as described here.

When not logged in, viewers see email addresses on our web pages with # in place of @ but can click on the link to send an email to the address. This is an effective anti-spam measure as automatic web-page crawlers do not recognise the disguised email address. When logged in, email addresses are shown normally.

Data Protection

The conditions under which the Croquet England processes personal data are set out in its Data Privacy Notice.

Security Information

Credit and charge card information is not kept by us and we do not have access to these details: our website uses specialist card processing service Opayo (formerly SagePay, which was acquired by Elavon) to handle all such payments. You are redirected to the Opayo site using a secure link to enter your card details. The Opayo site is protected by the latest firewall technologies, and all data is encrypted. Further details about Opayo security may be found on their website.

Where we collect or display personal information on our website we use the SSL secure protocol.

All personal information held on the web server is encrypted. All personal information held on the web server or any Croquet England computer is password protected, which helps to ensure it cannot be read by unauthorised users.

Personal information sent via email for processing is encrypted using 128bit encryption.
